Suing over loss of market share (that’s the idea, even if they say it is for… stealing of ideas, but not quite copyright infringement?) is like suing Apple because people pay more for iTunes than Napster, and yet still go there.
What are they saying? “You are smarter than us and are selling more, so we will sue you”?

Hey Adam, love the show. I just bought a tivo about a month ago and love it, but now your saying the mac mini is going to have something like this so you can put it in the living room? S.O.B.!! It alway’s happen’s I buy something, and they come out with something cooler. Oh well. Hope everything is going well for you. Have a Merry Christmas. :)
