Haven’t listened to show yet but I think I found a bug in at least the iPhone>iPod>Podcast section.
I sync’d over the MacCast Member version but also had the last two episodes of the regular MacCast (5/10 & 5/15).
When I looked only the regular MacCast were showing up. I only did that because I hadn’t listened to the 5/15 episode Which isn’t on the member feed.
However, once both episodes deleted the member version showed up.

Another listener alerted me to this bug as well. Looks like it was related to the AAC format, iTunes tags, and how the iPod/iPhone handles grouping under a “show”. I have sorted out the bug (I think) and updated the files. You may need to delete the show from iTunes and your iPod, unsubscribe, re-subscribe and set up syncing to fix the first episode. Future episodes should come across fine. Sorry of the hassle.
