Caller had a question about crashplan – I have been using Carbonite for many years, and am frustrated with it now being available when I need it.
Just last week I needed to check for a file, in a hurry, and the server was not responding. Found out later it was down for maintenance.
What is the upload time for Crashplan? Do they have many outages?
I have had it with Carbonite…this was just the most recent event, I have had it happen twice previously that I could not get to my stuff and it is always at Carbonite’s end.

Just want to say thanks for the tip on fixing am iCloud backup issue. The fix came when I deleted the old backups.
Do you have a fix for the annoying iCloud has times out in iTunes and haveing to sign back in constantly?
