Adam,
I started having a lot of beachballs, especially in safari, it started all of a sudden, after some online research i conclude it was Sophos anti-virus i had loaded recently. I uninstalled it and my issues have gone away. My questions is about anti-virus for Macs, I know OS X is safer the Windows but should i be running an anti-virus? I researched Sophos and it had good reviews but caused the issues i mentioned above, is there an anti-virus you recommend or do you recommend not running one at all. Thanks for the Podcast and all the info you impart each week.
Chuck
