Apple CD Exchange leaves much to be desired

Listener Robert sent in his Tiger DVD on May 3rd and still has no CDs

A call to Apple resulted in 45 minutes on hold and he hung up in disgust

The exchange form says, in small type "will be shipped within 24
hours via US Mail."

Since he was required to send in the DVD he can do nothing but wait.
